If done temporarily, be mindful of your install method to ensure proper takedown. To ensure longevity in installation, the crochet technique is highly encouraged. Depending on the hair texture, wrapping and then crocheting might be best. COLOUR/BLEACHING Our human hair loc extensions can be bleached and dyed. However, it is important to understand that in doing so- the process can weaken the hair shaft and potentially alter the texture of the Loc.We do not recommend over-processing natural black locs to achieve a color as it will affect the integrity and longevity of the Loc extension. Instead, purchase our 613 blonde Loc extensions which are more desirable for color application. It is much easier to purchase a light Loc extension over a black Loc extension and dye it lighter. CAREWe do not recommend using conditioner on the install points for at least 6 months after the initial install. This will cause slippage depending on your hair texture as well as the technique used to install the locs. Only after your hair has properly married with the Loc extension can you use a diluted conditioner.
